DSH Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you wish to cancel any order, you must contact Da Shopping Hub before the item has shipped in order to qualify for a partial refund. Special and Custom (i.e. guitars, music instruments, etc.) orders cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun.
Please allow 1-6 weeks for your item(s) to ship. Some Special and Custom orders may take up to 6-8 weeks to ship due to production*. Please be advised that some orders may ship in separate containers.
All sales are final but Da Shopping Hub will offer refunds for defective and/or broken items ONLY. Refunds for cancelled items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All refunds are subject to bank policies.

*At DaShoppingHub we take pride in providing you quality, custom work. The manufacturing process for Custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks. Feel free to check the status of your order any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
